Cohabitation Woman

A lady called the agency asking for our guidance. She told us that she had left her husband, kids along with the loved ones residence on account of his constant philandering. She was really distraught by the situation. She did not need to leave the kids but she could not afford to take them with her just before she divorced her husband. He was not violent but he was extremely abusive and shouted at her a whole lot. The couple had been separated for about 4 months and in that time our client had located out that he had moved another woman in.

Our client was really worried about her case since she was the one that left. Her solicitor had reassured her that she would get the young children and he would have to pay upkeep to her and the young children as soon as the divorce had gone via. Our client had heard other stories that contradicted the solicitor’s story. We had a discussion with her and suggested that it could be a superb concept to put covert cameras outside the house so we could monitor the movements of the other woman to see if she was living at the family members home.

We left the cameras outside the home for 2 weeks. We had plenty of evidence that the other woman was living there. She parked her vehicle on the drive and used a important to obtain in. She was there on her own for a few of the time. Our client took this evidence to her solicitor who told her she had sufficient to prove adultery. Our client then got herself moved back into the family members property with all the children and her husband started to pay upkeep. It turned out that her husband had only been seeing this one woman and he wanted to live with her.
