We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He said he required time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a new location to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have an additional woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
